St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 17-9 in a non-league test.

The Fighting Saints now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Plainfield North for a non-league test on Friday, March 24. St. Charles East will face a Tigers squad coming off a 17-11 league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Redhawks face the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 25. Naperville Central will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
