Altamont Knights (Birmingham, AL) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Fultondale Wildcats (Birmingham, AL), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights face the Tarrant Wildcats (Birmingham, AL) in a 1A-3A Region 4 challenge, on Thursday, April 6. Altamont will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
The Wildcats now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Carver Birmingham for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. Fultondale will face a Rams team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Leeds (Leeds, AL). The Rams record now stands at 5-3.
