The GVCS Broadfording Lions baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Varsity Opponent to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Friday.
The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Christ Our Rock Lutheran (Centralia, IL). The Silver Stallions go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Christ Our Rock Lutheran gained a win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AR), 4-3, in a non-league match.
The (19-57) will now prepare for their match against International Leadership of Texas Keller (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles go into the TCSAAL match with a 6-5 record.
