In Friday's non-league test, the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a good 17-3 victory over the Hough Huskies.

The Mavericks now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sun Valley for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test on Monday, March 25. Marvin Ridge will face a Spartans squad coming off a 21-1 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 0-5.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Hough will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
