Payson Lions (Payson, UT) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Ridgeline Riverhawks (Millville, UT), 11-6 in a non-league battle.

The Lions now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View for a 4A Region 8 battle on Thursday, March 28. Payson will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT). The Bruins record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Riverhawks clash with the Salem Hills Skyhawks (Salem, UT) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Ridgeline will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Skyhawks come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 10-9 non-league win over Provo (Provo, UT).
