The Mustangs now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Mount Pisgah Christian for a 1A D-I Region 6 test on Saturday, March 23. Mount Vernon will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, King's Ridge Christian drops to 3-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA) to meet the Knights in a 1A D-I Region 6 test on Tuesday, March 26. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-7.
