In Friday's league battle, the host Landmark Christian War Eagles soccer squad scored a good 10-0 triumph over the Redan Raiders.
The War Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Callaway (Hogansville, GA). The Cavaliers come into the 2A Region 5 battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Callaway thwarted Columbia (Decatur, GA), 11-1, in a league battle.
The Raiders (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA). The Royal Knights come into the 2A Region 5 battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Elite Scholars Academy thwarted Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 2-1, in a league battle.
