Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA), 4-3 in a league battle.

The Wolverines now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to George Walton Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. Union Grove will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA) in a battle, on Thursday, March 28. Newnan will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record.
