Florida High School Lacrosse - Matanzas drops to Cocoa Beach

In Friday's non-league test, the host Cocoa Beach Minutemen lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Matanzas Pirates.

The Minutemen now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 2.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Father Lopez Green Wave (Daytona Beach, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 26. Matanzas will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Green Wave come into the battle with a 3-7 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL).
