The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) and the visiting Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL), saw IMG Academy's lacrosse team achieve victory over Winter Park by a margin of 13-8.

The Ascenders (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, New Trier was overwhelmed by Plant (Tampa, FL), 9-8, in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Timber Creek (Orlando, FL). The Wolves enter the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Timber Creek edged Melbourne (Melbourne, FL), 18-1, in a non-league challenge.
