In Friday's league test, the visiting Sidwell Friends Quakers lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Trinity at Meadow View Tempest.
The Quakers now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 3. Sidwell Friends will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Tempest face the Seton Conquistadors (Manassas, VA) in a VISAA Division 2 test, on Tuesday, April 9. Trinity at Meadow View will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Conquistadors come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 12-10 league win over Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA).
