The Girls Prep Bruisers (Chattanooga, TN) softball the visiting Cookeville Cavaliers (Cookeville, TN), 6-4 in Friday's league bout.
The Bruisers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Cleveland (Cleveland, TN). The Blue Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 7-4 record. In their last bout, Cleveland by East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rhea County for a non-league bout on Monday, March 25. Cookeville will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Cherokee County (Centre, AL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
