The Orthopaedic Vipers softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Fairfax Lions to 12 in the Vipers non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Orthopaedic improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Vipers host Downtown Magnets (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Suns in a Freeway game on Wednesday, April 3. The Suns come into the game with a record of 0-4. Downtown Magnets lost 22-5 in their recent league game against Animo Bunche (Los Angeles, CA)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a Western game, on Wednesday, April 3. Fairfax will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Dolphins come into the game with a 2-8 record after their 10-4 league win over University (Los Angeles, CA).
