Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Baldwin for a WPIAL 6A 1 challenge on Monday, March 25. Seneca Valley will battle a Highlanders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Moon Area falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH) to battle the Clippers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Clippers enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Columbiana won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Salem (Salem, OH)
