Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees (Bardstown, KY) supporters went home thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their baseball team beat the host Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY), 16-6 in a non-league test.

The Eagles/Banshees now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green County for a non-league test on Monday, March 24. Bethlehem will play a Dragons team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Washington County (Springfield, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Kentucky Country Day drops to 1-1 on the year. The Bearcats host Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY) to play the Centurions in a District 28 test on Tuesday, March 25. The Centurions go into the test with a record of 4-2. Christian Academy-Louisville won 14-4 in their recent non-league test against LKY (Louisville, KY)
