California High School Baseball - Cajon nips Chaparral

The Cajon Cowboys baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Chaparral Pumas to 2 in the Cowboys non-league win on Saturday.

The Cowboys now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ramona for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. Cajon will play a Rams team coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Buena Park (Buena Park, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Chaparral drops to 7-3 on the year. The Pumas travel to Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 6-5. Roosevelt lost 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA)
