In Saturday's non-league bout, the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the host McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM), by a tally of 18-0.
Next up, the Jaguars encounter the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 27. Capital will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 7-4 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Pecos (Pecos, NM). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Pecos was overwhelmed by Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM), 15-5, in a non-league bout.
