The Temple Wildcats baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Chaparral Bobcats to 10 in the Wildcats non-league win on Saturday.

The Wildcats now own a 4-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Midway for a 5A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, March 25. Temple will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over College Station (College Station, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 10-6.

With the defeat, Chaparral drops to 8-6 on the year. The Bobcats host University (Waco, TX) to clash with the Trojans in a test on Tuesday, March 25. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 10-5. University won 7-4 in their recent non-league test against Connally (Waco, TX)
