The Christopher Cougars baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host Gunderson Grizzlies to 4 in the Cougars non-league win on Saturday.

The Cougars now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Leland for a Mount Hamilton test on Wednesday, March 26. Christopher will play a Chargers team coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Soquel (Soquel, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 3-5.

With the defeat, Gunderson drops to 4-4 on the year. The Grizzlies host Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA) to play the Cardinals in a West Valley test on Tuesday, March 25. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 4-2. Mt. Pleasant won 18-1 in their recent league test against Yerba Buena (San Jose, CA)
