The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Fort Scott Tigers (Fort Scott, KS) and the host Northwest Grizzlies (Wichita, KS), saw Fort Scott's baseball team gain a win over Northwest by a tally of 6-4.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Girard (Girard, KS). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record. In their last contest, Girard Labette County (Altamont, KS), 0-0, in a non-league contest.
The Grizzlies now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East for a Greater Wichita City contest on Wednesday, March 26.
