The Grapevine Mustangs nipped the visiting Hebron Hawks baseball squad by a score of 13-12 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Mustangs encounter the Denton Broncos (Denton, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Grapevine will attempt to advance on its 15-2 season record. The Broncos enter the outing with a 7-8 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Heritage (Frisco, TX).
The Hawks (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX). The Lobos enter the 6A Region I District 5 outing with a 5-13 record.
