Kentucky High School Baseball - Johnson Central holds off Madison Southern

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) and the visiting Madison Southern Eagles (Berea, KY), saw Johnson Central's baseball team gain a win over Madison Southern by a tally of 6-2.
The Golden Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Wolfe County (Campton, KY). The Wolves enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Wolfe County held off Leslie County (Hyden, KY), 10-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Eagles face the Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, KY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Madison Southern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Lafayette (Lexington, KY).
