The Lighthouse Christian Chargers (Springfield, MO) baseball trounced the host Varsity Opponent (, ), 11-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Chargers now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bolivar for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26.
With the defeat, Varsity Opponent drops to 23-84 on the year. The host Mount Olive (Mount Olive, MS) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Mount Olive lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Scott Central (Forest, MS)
