The The Linsly School Cadets nipped the visiting Madonna Blue Dons baseball squad by a score of 11-10 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Cadets battle the Parkersburg South Patriots (Parkersburg, WV) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 24. The Linsly School will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots come into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 6-5 league loss to Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV).
The Blue Dons (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV). The Blue Eagles come into the Ohio Valley Athletic AA outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Magnolia was nudged by St. Marys (St. Marys, WV), 13-4, in a non-league outing.
