The Ooltewah Owls baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host McCallie Blue Tornado to 13 in the Owls non-league win on Saturday.

The Owls now hold a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host McMinn County for a non-league test on Monday, March 24. Ooltewah will play a Cherokees team coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Giles County (Pulaski, TN). The Cherokees record now stands at 6-3.

With the defeat, McCallie drops to 3-7 on the year. The Blue tornado travel to Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN) to play the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, March 22. The Bears go into the test with a record of 6-6. Bradley Central 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro, TN)
