In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Westlake Charter Explorers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Marysville Indians.
The Explorers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA). The Blazers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Lindhurst was beaten by Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Indians meet the River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 22. Marysville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA).
