West Virginia High School Lacrosse - University overwhelms Hedgesville

March 22, 2025: Hedgesville, WV 25427

Fans at Saturday's league test between the University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) and the host Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV), witnessed University's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Hedgesville by a count of 12-7.

The Hawks (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV). The Buccaneers enter the WVSLA - Division I test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Buckhannon-Upshur nipped Morgantown (Morgantown, WV), 6-5, in a league test.

Next, the Eagles battle the Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV) in a WVSLA - Division I test, on Saturday, March 22. Hedgesville will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Mohigans enter the test with a 0-1 record after their 6-5 league loss to Buckhannon-Upshur (Buckhannon, WV).
