Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Olentangy Liberty Patriots (Powell, OH) and the visiting Manatee Hurricanes (Bradenton, FL), witnessed Olentangy Liberty's lacrosse squad hold off Manatee by a score of 11-10.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Riverview Sarasota was nipped by King's Academy (West Palm Beach, FL), 10-8, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Hurricanes meet the Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 24. Manatee will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 19-8 non-league loss to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL).
