In Saturday's non-league match, the host Eastmont Wildcats softball team scored a tight 18-13 win over the Hanford Falcons.
The Wildcats (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Wenatchee nipped Ephrata (Ephrata, WA), 21-15, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Hermiston Bulldogs (Hermiston, WA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 25. Hanford will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 16-3 non-league win over Post Falls (Post Falls, ID).
