Ohio High School Lacrosse - Avon overwhelms Boardman

March 22, 2025: Avon, OH 44011

The Avon Eagles lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting Boardman Spartans to 8 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wooster for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Avon will clash with a Generals squad coming off a 11-3 non-league win over Highland (Medina, OH). The Generals record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Boardman falls to 0-1 on the year. The Spartans host Fairview (Fairview, PA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Fairview won 16-1 in their recent non-league challenge against West Allegheny (Imperial, PA)
