Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Scottsboro Wildcats (Scottsboro, AL), 2-0 in a non-league battle.
The (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Hurricanes enter the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Wren Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Arab Knights (Arab, AL) in a 5A Area 13 battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Scottsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Brewer (Somerville, AL).
