In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Columbus Discoverers soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Millard South Patriots.
The Discoverers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE). The Navigators go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Lincoln North Star was edged by Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE), 3-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Patriots play the Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) in a outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Millard South will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE).
