Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs (Millbrook, AL) and the host Marbury Bulldogs (Marbury, AL), saw Stanhope Elmore's soccer squad knock off Marbury by a score of 3-0.
The Mustangs (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Enterprise (Enterprise, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Enterprise by St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Marbury will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Elmore County (Eclectic, AL).
