Louisiana High School Softball - Albany gets by Sacred Heart

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) and the host Sacred Heart Trojans (Ville Platte, LA), observed Albany's softball team get by Sacred Heart by a tally of 5-4.
The Hornets (7-11) will now prepare for their bout against St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 13-5 record. In their last bout, St. Thomas More tipped Northside (Lafayette, LA), 16-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the St. Mary Tigers (Natchitoches, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 26. Sacred Heart will attempt to advance on its 12-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Northwood (Lena, LA).
