Virginia High School Softball - Auburn tipped by Jefferson Forest

The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers the host Auburn Eagles softball squad by a count of 7-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Cavaliers meet the Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 22. Jefferson Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Comets go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 18-5 non-league win over Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA).

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Amherst County (Amherst, VA). The Lancers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Amherst County by Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
