The J.H. Rose Rampants crushed the visiting North Lenoir Hawks baseball team by a count of 22-7 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Rampants now possess a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host New Bern for a bout on Tuesday, March 29. J.H. Rose will face a Bears team coming off a 20-4 league loss to South Central (Winterville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 3-4.

Next, the Hawks face the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, March 29. North Lenoir will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 0-5 record after their 10-4 league loss to Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).
