The IMG Academy Ascenders lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Monarch Coyotes to 10 in the Ascenders non-league win on Wednesday.
The Ascenders (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Gulf Breeze (Gulf Breeze, FL). The Dolphins go into the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Gulf Breeze nudged West Florida (Pensacola, FL), 19-3, in a league game.
