The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA) and the visiting Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA), saw Gilmer's soccer squad beat Dawson County by a margin of 6-2.

The Bobcats now sport a 7-4 record. They play next when they host North Hall for a AAA Region 7 test on Friday, March 25. Gilmer will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to West Hall (Oakwood, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Dawson County drops to 5-6 on the season. The Tigers host East Hall (Gainesville, GA) to meet the Vikings in a non-league test on Friday, March 25. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 8-7. East Hall won 4-0 in their recent league test against Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA)
