California High School Softball - Serrano can't hold off Barstow

March 23, 2022: Barstow, CA 92311

The Barstow Aztecs softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Serrano Diamondbacks to 3 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Barstow improves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Aztecs travel to Silverado (Victorville, CA) to clash with the Hawks in a Desert Sky game on Thursday, March 24. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 7-6. Silverado won 25-14 in their recent league game against Adelanto (Adelanto, CA)

In their next game, the Diamondbacks clash with the Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) in a Mojave River game, on Friday, March 25. Serrano will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Burros come into the game with a 6-6 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Vasquez (Acton, CA).
