Utah High School Softball - Mountain View thwarted by Lone Peak

The Mountain View Bruins softball team (Orem, UT), was routed 9-1 in Wednesday's non-league test with the host Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT)

Coming up next, the Knights clash with the Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 24. Lone Peak will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Wasps come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 8-7 league win over North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT).

The Bruins (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Lehi (Lehi, UT). The Pioneers come into the 5A Region 8 test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Lehi overcame Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT), 9-1, in a non-league test.
