In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Littleton Lions soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Ponderosa Mustangs.
The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Buffaloes come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Smoky Hill was nudged by Chaparral (Parker, CO), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 2-1 record.
