In Thursday's non-league test, the host Fallston Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Urbana Hawks.
The Cougars now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Our Lady of Good Counsel for a non-league test on Thursday, April 27.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Bel Air Bobcats (Bel Air, MD) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 24. Urbana will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
