Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Guilford Vikings (Rockford, IL), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bengals confront the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a Suburban Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Plainfield East will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record.
The Vikings now possess a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Woodstock for a Kishwaukee River challenge on Saturday, March 25.
