St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Yorba Linda Mustangs (Yorba Linda, CA), 16-6 in a non-league battle.

The Golden Knights now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Chaminade for a Mission battle on Friday, March 24. St. Francis will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 13-7 non-league win over Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 27. Yorba Linda will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Sharks come into the battle with a 7-3 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA).
