Allen County-Scottsville Patriots (Scottsville, KY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY), 3-2 in a non-league test.

Coming up next, the Patriots clash with the Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 25. Allen County-Scottsville will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to South Warren (Bowling Green, KY).

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Colonels come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
