Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM), 18-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now sport a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they host Rio Rancho for a 5A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Atrisco Heritage Academy will face a Rams squad coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Rams record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Hope Christian falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to face the Elks/Elkettes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 25. The Elks/Elkettes enter the challenge with a record of 1-5. Pojoaque Valley lost 21-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Robertson (Las Vegas, NM)
