In Thursday's league contest, the St. Agnes Academy Tigers (Houston, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Incarnate Word Academy Falcons (Houston, TX), by a margin of 15-2.
With the triumph, St. Agnes Academy moves its record to 10-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Antonian Prep (San Antonio, TX) to play the Apaches in a TAPPS Division I District 3 contest on Saturday, March 25. The Apaches come into the contest with a record of 11-11. Antonian Prep won 11-0 in their recent league contest against Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX)
In their next game, the Falcons play the St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 4 contest, on Saturday, March 25. Incarnate Word Academy will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 16-9 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to East Central (San Antonio, TX).
