High School Softball - Zuni loses to Non Varsity Opponent

The Non Varsity Opponent softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Zuni Thunderbirds to 2 in the non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Non Varsity Opponent improves its record to 7-31 on the year. The travel to Pershing County (Lovelock, NV) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, March 24. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 7-2. Pershing County won 20-9 in their recent league game against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)
In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 28. Zuni will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 3-1 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM).
