New Mexico High School Baseball - Jal loses to Gateway Christian

The Jal Panthers baseball team (Jal, NM), was overwhelmed 24-4 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Gateway Christian Warriors (Roswell, NM)

The Warriors now hold a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a non-league outing on Friday, March 29. Gateway Christian will confront a Longhorns team coming off a 27-1 non-league win over Floyd (Floyd, NM). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Panthers confront the Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 26. Jal will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 6-5 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
