Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Tuckerman Bulldogs (Tuckerman, AR), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Midland upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Augusta (Augusta, AR) to face the Red Devils in a 1A Region 5 bout on Tuesday, March 26. The Red Devils enter the bout with a record of 1-4.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 25. Tuckerman will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
